Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on our non-Furniture Items (Home & Gardening Range Only).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Labels: Due to being very competitive in the market, we do offer free deliveries all over the UK (other than remote postcodes and NI), we do not provide free returns (also read Exceptions / non-returnable items).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
DENNY FURNITURE TERMS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR FURNITURE RANGE:
For purchases on or after 7th November 2023, Denny Furniture provides you with a Six Month Structural Warranty on Furniture Range Only. If you purchased prior to this date, and would like information about the warranty available on our furniture, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.
1. MANUFACTURING WARRANTY
For the first 6 months from the date of delivery, Denny Furniture will repair or replace items (at our discretion) found to have genuine manufacturing defects in:

Structural Frame & Suspension: Defects in the central seating base or internal spring/webbing construction.

Components: Manufacturing faults in leathers, fabrics, stitching, inners, and recliner mechanisms.

Electronics: Sound docks, refrigerators, and integrated electrical components.

Note: Warranty claims require an inspection by our technical team. Damage resulting from "Excessive Pressure" (e.g., sitting on armrests, jumping on frames) or "Normal Wear and Tear" is not classified as a manufacturing defect.
2. THE 6-MONTH SERVICE ASSISTANCE PERIOD (Months 7–12)
Once the initial 6-month warranty expires, customers enter the Service Assistance Period. During this time:

No Refunds or Replacements will be issued.

Denny Furniture will provide Repair Assistance only. This may include a free professional technician visit or a discretionary contribution toward a third-party repair.

Refusal to allow a professional assessment/repair voids further assistance.
3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED (Exclusions)
To avoid disputes regarding "fitness for purpose," the following are strictly excluded:
- Aesthetic Wear: Pilling of fabric, softening of foam, or natural leather scarring.
- Commercial Use: Use of furniture in non-residential settings or business environments.
- Customer Misuse: Accidental or deliberate damage occurring after the customer has signed the delivery "Satisfaction Note."
- Third-Party Integration: Damage or failure resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with non-approved accessories, parts, or other third-party products.
- Wear & Tear: Normal degradation of materials through everyday use over time.
- Chemical & Biological Exposure: Leather or fabric failure caused by exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents, or biological fluids.
- Failure to Maintain: Damage resulting from a lack of proper care or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
- Rehome Me Furniture: Items sold as "rehomed," "as-is," or through secondary clearance.
- Environmental Damage: Issues caused by exposure to extreme sunlight, heat sources, or high-humidity environments.
Please note, that the Denny Furniture warranty is non-transferable if you choose to sell or donate your furniture to someone else.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
